We live in a world of apparent duality - black, white, up, down, you, me, us, them. We live our lives based on the assumption that we are separated from the world which we see out of our eyes.

Non-duality questions this basic assumption. This is not done by analizing our experiences, by somehow trying to work out what is going on. The non-dual state (if it can be called a state), is here, right now. We do not go anywhere to to see what is in front of us all the time.

The basic problem most human beings face is to want to be somewhere or in some state other that where they are. This is especially true of the spiritual seeker who seeks after some idealized state called enlightenment. Enlightenment is always in the future, even in another lifetime.

Stop and see what is here. There is no need to go anywhere, What is sought is always here. Often it cannot be found because the very act of seeking obscures, fogs, clouds.

Smell the flower. Are you, the flower, the smell, separated? You, the flower, the smell, the garden, the earth - are not fragments of experience separated by boundaries. Where do you stop and the flower begin?

This site asks more question than it answers. In the sharing of the questions answers may come, but not from the mind, not from the intellect, not from feelings, not from intuition. The answers emerge from wholeness.

The other characteristic of seeing life from the non-dual perspective is called FUN. Life looses its seriousness and fun arises!
